There are not too many visitors to Far North Queensland who do not make the lively City of Cairns and the unique tropical holiday village of Port Douglas must see destinations

With its picture postcard Four Mile Beach lined with breezy palm trees and lush tropical vegetation, colourful shops and boutiques, busy marina and abundant fine restaurants, cafes and bars, Port Douglas is just one hours drive north of Cairns along the winding Cook Highway with its breathtaking views of the Coral Sea on the one side and the rainforest on the other.
